Gulf - Consulting & Investments is a Portuguese Company between Oliveira's Family, H.H. Sheikha Hind Al Qasimi and Mr. Mohamed Hassan.

Sheikh Mohamed Al Qasimi, son of the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah (H.H. Sheikh Saqr Al Qasimi), H.H. Sheikha Hind Al Qasimi, Chairwoman of Emirates Business Women Council (from Sharjah), Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Businessman in Dubai and Cairo, and Chairman of Master Sports company. With their help giving the right and influent contacts and with our good team of economists, attorneys, engineers, architects and businessmen, with a long and good experience, specially in Portugal, Switzerland and Arab countries, we can provide a full service from the beginning till the end. Rak Edigaia had is constitution on 27th May 2008 in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah - U.A.E. - between H.H Sheikh Mohammed Al Qassimi and José Oliveira.

This company pretends be a way for the sustain development of Ras Al Khaimah and it´s people.

That’s why we choose our slogan: “If a wind blows, ride it” For RAK EDIGAIA this slogan means “If a chance comes, take advantage of it”.

That’s our company politic: help the country and people development. We pretend do the Ras Al Khaimah the greatest place in the World for people who don’t know RAK because it already is for the people who already comes here!

Quinta do Sardão - Closed Condominium

Quinta S. Salvador

“Quinta de S. Salvador” is a reconstruction of a seventeenth-century manor house transformed in a 4 stars Inn by Oliveira's Family.

The Estalagem Quinta São Salvador is part of the former entail of Quebrantões, on the left bank of the River Douro, 20 minutes walking from Oporto historical center – World Heritage – and the major Port wine cellars.

It offers 7 comfortable rooms, in traditional old style, with direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a/c and mini-bar.

Restaurant with 3 rooms, one for 100 people and two for 20 to 30 people, and a bar with live music on the weekends.

Meeting facilities for up to 700 people in a glass round room with views to Douro River that could be used for profissional propose or parties.

Gaiahotel

Owned exclusively by Oliveira's family, was built by José Oliveira in 1989. Was the beginning in tourism area for Oliveir's family.

Welcome to the City of the Port wine! The Holiday Inn Porto is fantastically located in the Vila Nova de Gaia area, just a stroll from the beautiful historical Porto city centre and World Heritage of Porto.

EDIGAIA GROUP

I pretend to explain what is Edigaia, who are the partners and show the national and international projects.

After becoming an individual company in February 1985 “EDIGAIA – Sociedade de Construções de Gaia Lda,” changed to a joint stock company in December 1993.

Before becoming a joint stock company it comprised the firm “Metro Cúbico – Construção Civil e Obras Públicas, Lda.” which has been promoted by “Edigaia – Imobiliária, S.A”. Since then it has been building its patrimony and partnerships. Its pattern is to build quality housing but not only.

Edigaia Group is owned exclusivly by Oliveiras's family and act in areas as Construction, Real Estate, Consulting Services, Project Management, Parking, Tourism, Harley Davidson Representation, Global Investments, Tecnologies and others.

As example, I can mentioned seventeenth-century manor house which gave origin to “Quinta de S. Salvador” (www.qss.pt), the first Hotel in main avenue of Vila Nova de Gaia (www.gaiahotel.pt) and "Quinta do Sardão", a natural refuge of tranquillity associated to the refinement and luxury of a closed condominium with private villas and appartments.
